How Old Is Your Body?

How old does your body look today?

Add body measurements, everyday habits and any blood results you already have. In about three minutes, see whether your calendar age and “health age” tell the same story.

Two ways to finish

Everyday health age Blood-test upgrade

01
Everyday health age

No blood test needed. Asian BMI, an optional measured waist, blood pressure, movement, sleep, smoking and food patterns create a playful estimate. This is a site-designed reflection model.

02
Blood-test upgrade

Complete nine common blood markers and the headline switches to the published Levine Phenotypic Age formula. It reflects a risk pattern — not the literal age of your cells, organs or lifespan.

Entries are never saved, uploaded or added to a medical record. Refreshing clears them.

How Old Is Your Body?

Start with the numbers you know

Fields marked * are needed for the everyday version. Measure your waist, use a trouser size for a rough range, or skip it; leave other unknowns blank. Use real recent measurements.

01 · About you
How would you like to provide your waist size? (optional)

Measuring with a tape is best. Otherwise use the W-number on a usual pair of trousers for a broad range, or skip it.

Never blocks the quiz

Waist guidance will not be included this time; you can still complete the quiz.

No photo is needed. A normal single image cannot reliably produce a body circumference, and this page will not request or upload body photos.

02 · Everyday habits
03 · Measurements you know

Leave these blank if unknown. Blood-pressure numbers must be entered together.

04 · Optional blood-test upgrade

By calculating, you acknowledge that this is health education and a playful estimate — not a diagnosis, lifespan forecast or emergency assessment.

Evidence and limits

Evidence and limits

The everyday version uses reliable health signals and Singapore Asian thresholds, but its age adjustment is a playful site presentation. Only the complete blood-test upgrade uses the published Phenotypic Age equation.

For health education and self-reflection only. It cannot diagnose disease, predict lifespan or replace clinical assessment. Phenotypic Age was derived from US NHANES data and is not calibrated specifically for every ethnicity or for Singapore; one-off laboratory values and self-entry add uncertainty. Trouser size shows only a broad estimated range and is not scored as a measured waist in the headline health age.
